  • It provides unique capabilities to compare GenAI models and tools across cloud services in a single unified interface to allow clients to accelerate AI adoption at scale.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a prominent IT giant in India, has recently introduced – TCS AI WisdomNext – a platform to consolidate various GenAI services and LLM models into a unified interface, facilitating businesses in the adoption of next-generation technologies at scale, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

The platform is meticulously crafted to eliminate obstacles for customers in developing and launching business solutions, enabling real-time experimentation across vendor, internal, and open-source LLM models.

During the initial testing phase, TCS successfully utilised this tool to create value for customers and prototype solutions. The platform empowers firms to select suitable models and streamline the design of new business solutions using GenAI tools.

Moreover, it facilitates the reutilisation of pre-existing components to expedite the design process.

Siva Ganesan, the head of AI.Cloud Unit at TCS, highlighted the significance of TCS AI WisdomNext in enabling customers to leverage GenAI fully, driving business innovation, enhancing efficiency, and attaining a competitive edge.

“The platform aids customers in navigating the dynamic AI marketplace and swiftly composing innovative solutions, thereby reshaping the utilisation of GenAI’s potential.”

As technology service providers engage in the GenAI race to customise tools and operations, the industry witnesses a transformation in tasks and services, aiming for enhanced simplicity and efficiency. Notably, Wipro Limited recently collaborated with Microsoft to introduce a suite of cognitive assistants for financial services powered by generative artificial intelligence, such as Wipro GenAI Investor Intelligence, Wipro GenAI Investor Onboarding, and Wipro GenAI Loan Origination.

These offerings cater to financial professionals, providing deep market insights, timely information on investment products, and valuable insights into investor behavior, among other services.

“Customers seek an innovative GenAI platform that has a powerful combination of prefabricated industry blueprints, cutting-edge technologies, and orchestration capability to help businesses succeed in their future adoption strategies and innovation on GenAI,” R “Ray” Wang, CEO and Principal Analyst at Constellation Research, said.

The AI-first technology partners can deliver on what customers seek – a new multi-model, multi-modal and multi-cloud platform, he said.
